GTA 6 in Real Life: YouTuber Cruises the Streets (and Swamps) of Vice City

Forget waiting for the next Grand Theft Auto leak, a renegade YouTuber has taken matters into their own hands, recreating the entire GTA 6 trailer with ACTUAL REAL LIFE FOOTAGE.

That’s right. Andrew Levitt, a master of unearthing the real-world locations behind our favorite video game worlds, has blessed us with a shot-for-shot remake of the GTA 6 trailer, set against the sun-drenched backdrop of Miami (aka Vice City).

Gone are the pixelated streets and cartoon violence (for now). Levitt’s trailer is a love letter to Miami itself, showcasing iconic locations like Brickell, Overtown, Miami Beach, Wynwood, and even the Everglades (sorry PC gamers, you’ll have to wait for the real release in 2025).

Levitt isn’t new to this. His channel specializes in ripping the virtual veil off our favorite games, giving us a glimpse of the real-world inspiration behind everything from Grand Theft Auto to Red Dead Redemption. This GTA 6 recreation, though, is next-level. Complete with actors portraying the game’s wild characters (think less polygons, more actual humans), it’s a side-by-side comparison that’ll make you question reality (or at least, which Vice City you’d rather be stuck in).

So, while we wait for Rockstar to spill the official beans, fire up Levitt’s masterpiece and get your Miami vice on (responsibly, of course). Just remember, unlike the game, there are real-world consequences for stealing a jet ski in Florida. We wouldn’t want to break the immersion, now would we?

Now if you find yourself the victim of a real Grand Theft Auto, be sure to post your stolen ride here at AutoTheftInvestigator.com, powered by Stolen 911. Let’s not get carried away in real life. Save it for the gaming consoles.
